Beginner's Guide: Building / resizing / selling a room

To build a room, tap on the Home Store, select "House" tab on the left, and follow the instructions shown in the screenshot below:

To sell a room, tap on the Home Store, select "House" tab, click on a room, and tap on the red simoleon icon.  You will be prompted to select either yes or no for selling the item.
