SimwithShan's "Cosmetic Procedures" mod for The Sims 4 introduces a variety of cosmetic surgery options for Sims, allowing players to customize their Sims' appearances in new and detailed ways.  This mod allows your Sim to overcome their physical insecurities by undergoing cosmetic treatments such as facial fillers. Sims can obtain these fillers either through a phone app with rabbit hole options at home or by visiting their local beauty clinic!
