This mod Unlocks Apartment Traits & Objects

Features:

• Unlocks Hidden Lot Traits: Place previously unavailable traits like "Low Deposit" or "Great View" on any lot in your world.
• Fixes Glitches: Fixes the broken vent and makes roach and smell spawners visible for easier management.
• Visible Roaches: Place roaches anywhere on walls, but be aware that certain furniture might block your Sims from fixing the infestation.
• Functional Objects: All gameplay objects linked to these traits (like the flirty moodlet fireplace) are now unlocked and usable.

Important Notes:

• The locked traits themselves mostly affect aesthetics and aren't crucial for object functionality.
• Empty Lot Traits: These traits offer benefits like lower rent or romantic moodlets from fireplaces.
• Functional Lot Traits: These impact gameplay by influencing neighbor activity, moodlets, or even free maid service (apartments only).

Finding Unlocked Objects:

• Wall decorations for empty lot traits are in Build Mode under "Wall Decorations."
• Windows and fireplaces have their own dedicated categories in Build Mode.
• Bonus Tip: Buying an unfurnished lot won't delete any existing build items!
